How does the onboarding process function?
Sign up for a plan and we'll promptly set up your personal Trello board. Typically, this process is completed within an hour from the time of subscription. Once you accept the Trello invite, you're good to go. For details on how to request designs using the Trello board, refer to the instructions provided on the board.
Is there a maximum number of requests I can submit?
After subscribing, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially.
How does the pause feature work?
We recognize that you may not have a full month's worth of design tasks to assign. If you only have one or two requests currently, pausing your subscription is a convenient option. Our billing cycles run on a 31-day period. For example, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days before deciding to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will also be paused. This would leave you with 10 days of service available for future use.
How do you handle bigger/more complex requests?
Wabi-Sabi Design breaks down larger requests internally. This breakdown includes comprehensive tasks such as full-scale website or mobile app designs, UI/UX projects, etc. You can anticipate receiving a manageable portion of work every 48-72 hours until the entire request is completed.
How does Framer/Webflow development work?
Framer/Webflow development is encompassed in all subscriptions and is managed as a standard design request. Wabi-Sabi Design will handle the development process, ensuring optimal fidelity for the final product as long as your website is compatible with the Framer/Webflow platform. Upon completion of the website development, it will be transferred to your account, granting you full ownership moving forward. Therefore, it is not essential to maintain a Wabi-Sabi Design subscription to upkeep your website.
Is coding required to manage the designs you create?
